Red Xiaomi Mi A1 arrives in India

Back in October, the Xiaomi Mi 5X arrived in fresh new red paintjob. The global version of the phone, Xiaomi Mi A1, needed more than a month to follow suit - last week it reached Indonesia and now it comes to India.


The Red Xiaomi Mi A1 will cost INR12,999 ($202) and will arrive on December 20 at a Mi Fan Sale. The phone is discounted from its official price of INR13,999 that recently got a permanent cut of about $15.


Internally, the Mi A1 is the very same Snapdragon 625-powered phone with dual 12 MP cameras and Android One. It was launched with Android Nougat back in September, but Oreo Beta is already hitting early adopters.
