LG confirms India will get the V20

If you are an LG fan in India, here's some good news: the company has confirmed that its upcoming LG V20 flagship smartphone will be launched in the country. The confirmation came from none other than LG India's MD Kim Ki-Wan.

"I just few days ago [sic] made the decision to launch V20 [in India]," he said, adding that the plan is to launch the device in the country in a month's time.

In case you aren't aware, the LG V10 - which received largely positive reviews, impressing both critics and end-users alike - was never officially made available in India. So, LG deciding to bring its successor to the country is certainly welcome news.

To refresh, the LG V20 will be the first smartphone to run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, and will be made official on September 6. Of course, it has already been the subject of several leaks and rumors.
