Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's Legs Are Out of Control

OK, it pretty much goes without saying that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a muscular guy. His neck is the width of a tree trunk, and his arms, well let's just say everyone needs two tickets to the gun show.

But have you ever noticed his legs? Usually covered up by shorts or pants—although how he manages to fit into anything but a loincloth remains to be seen—The Rock's legs made their Instagram debut Tuesday, and they are massive. Pulling up his shorts so followers could get a glimpse at his chiseled stumps quads, Johnson revealed that he really is a rock.

"Tonight we trained 'the beefs' aka legs," he captioned the pic. "I passed out after we took this pic from holding my breath and trying to look cool. #IronParadise #ABeefyKindaJoint."

...It doesn't look like there is anything beefy about his legs. In fact, they look to be made up of anything but beef. Johnson must be training hard for his grand return to Wrestlemania 32 in April.

As fans know, the San Andreas star's workouts are no joke. But one real person from Complex decided to eat and workout just like Johnson and the results were not good. Johnson eats up to 10 lbs. of food per day, which tallies up to more than 4,000 calories. For us average Joes without an insane muscle ratios that would mean spending the day with our faces in the toilet.

"He has to eat this way because he's the cover of Men's Fitness," the Complex daredevil said in his video. "A guy like me, on the other hand, you just don't eat that much. You workout four times a week, and things just kind of take care of themselves."

He managed to make it to 2:20 p.m. before throwing up for the first time, but he persevered. "I'm not a quitter, but I'm also not The Rock," he said with his head held high. "I respect the hell out of Dwayne Johnson."

As tough as The Rock is, he's also a softy. Watch Johnson be reduced to tears while talking about his daughter.
