Just a couple of months ago the Motorola Nexus 6 64GB was $370 in the US – a sweet deal for a phone with a 6" QHD AMOLED. Amazon's Black Friday deal just blew it out of the water – the 32GB model is $200 and the 64GB one is $260.



That's much cheaper than the current crop of Nexus phones, the Nexus 6P 64GB is $550. Sure, the Moto Nexus has only a metal frame instead of a unibody and the chipset is older, but its screen is bigger, the camera has OIS and you get basic water resistance to boot.

Luckily, this isn't one of Amazon's lightning deals and you have about 15 hours left to think about it.



Just a fair warning: don't look at the Amazon UK or DE sites looking for a similar deal on the Nexus 6. There's only disappointment and heartbreak there.

Updated Google Contacts app makes it easier to get rid of duplicates

Google is pushing out an updated version of its contacts management app, bringing some of the features available in the web version to the Android app. The v 1.5 update reorganizes the user interface of Google Contacts. Instead of the two tabs – all and favorites – the app now just displays your entire contact list, with a sidebar menu available via the hamburger button on the left. Opening that up reveals a new section for managing duplicate contacts. That’s a feature that was present on the web app of Contacts , but the process was more convoluted on the Android app. You can now also add labels to your contacts, making it easy to organize large contact lists based on groups, for things like family, work, or school. The Nokia 3310 is back, but it's not exactly a pretty sight

Just like the rumor-vine predicted, HMD didn't skip on the opportunity to ride the nostalgia wave and reincarnate the legendary Nokia 3310 for a second go on the 2017 mobile scene. We are sure opinions will be polarized on the EUR 49 feature-phone, but that definitely fits into the whole idea. Whether you find it unsightly, or enjoy its colorful and playful looks, the new 3310 will definitely get fans talking, even if not necessarily buying. Again, as far as design goes, you will just have to judge for yourself. The new 3310 measure only 115.6 x 51 x 12.8 mm and is plastic all around. HMD claims it did the best it can to recreate the original 3310 rounded shape and silhouette. The rounded buttons on the retro keypad definitely hit home. However, the 2.4-inch QVGA display and the curved and polarized layer on top, do look a bit off. So do the buttons on the front.
