If you buy an LG G6 in the US, you get a Google Home for free

While LG hasn't yet shared any availability details for the G6 in the US, the Korean company is now letting us know what free gift early adopters will receive when they purchase the smartphone.

"For a limited time", if you buy an G6 from an authorized mobile carrier or retailer, LG will give you a free Google Home smart speaker - and that's a $129 value. Like the G6, this also comes with the Google Assistant built-in, LG is quick to point out. The company also says that "great things go together" referring to the G6 and Google Home pairing.

It's unclear how long the offer will last, but you can go to this official website and sign up to get more information about it. After you buy the G6 you will have to redeem the Google Home offer by using that page. Then in a few weeks the speaker will be sent to you.

The G6 is launching in Canada on April 7, and that same day has long been rumored as the release date for it in the US too. Hopefully LG will make it official soon, along with pricing information.
