LG V20 vs V10 from the show floor: different form, same spirit



Let’s dig into what made the LG V10 special: a durable chassis with singular looks, hot-swappable memory and power and a multimedia I/O that’s been difficult to beat.



Now, meet the V20. It’s got a more conventional dress on, but that body can still pull those MIL-SPEC 810Gs. That “Dura Skin” doorway gets traded up for a honest to goodness doorway. Plus, there’s an extra camera and a few extra DACs, too. Oh yeah, there’s also a bigger battery, the Snapdragon 820 and some interesting Android Nougat interactions.

And — for single-tasking fans — no, there don’t seem to be any Friends for the V20 as there were for the G5.
